They won’t grant emancipation simply because you want to see your boyfriend. To be granted emancipation, you must meet ALL of the requirements: you must be 14 years or older, you don’t want to live with your parents and your parents don’t mind if you move out, you have your own way to legally make money, you can handle your money, and if emancipation would be generally good for you. If any of these conditions is missing, the court will most likely NOT grant you emancipation.
